Which size Joque™ is for you?
Start with measuring for the perfect fit.
For Joque™ you will need to consider Belt measurements (hips), Leg measurements (thighs) to determine which Joque™ will produce the best fit for you, or your partner.
SIZE A or SIZE B:
Follow these simple steps to determine which Joque™ product will fit you perfectly!
To determine if you or your partner is a size A or B, you will need to consider both the Belt and Leg strap measurements.
MEASURING FOR THE BELT:
Step one: To measure which size is best for the wearer; first consider where you will be wearing it whether it’s on your waist (high ride) or on your hips (low ride).
If you prefer to wear your harness high, instead of low (please be aware many wearers like to wear their harness low as they want it to sit on their clitoris so it allows for stimulation where ever possible); measure around your waist instead of your hips.
Step two: Wrap the measuring tape around your hips (or waist if applicable), where you would wear your belt. Take the number where the tape measure completes and crosses over itself. You should add a few (3-4) inches to this measurement for size fluctuation and room for sizing adjustment. Take the measurement and see size chart above for Belt and determine which belt would be best.
(You should be able to select a size that is reflective of your belt size. So for example: if you wear a size 32 belt, and it has a good fit with a couple holes for adjustment, you should select the Joque that best fits 32 inches).
MEASURING FOR THE LEG STRAPS:
Step one: To measure which size is best for the wearer; first figure out where you will be wearing it on your hips (or waist if applicable).
The best way to do this is to put on a regular belt, as this will help you to have a place to start and finish measurement on the next step.
Step two: Next take the tape measure and start by taking the end of it and holding it in the center of the belt (in line with your belly button).
Slide the measuring tape between your legs. Select which leg you want to use for measuring and wrap the measuring tape taught around the back of that leg (around the butt check) and then bring it back around to the front back to the center of the belt where you started the measurement.
In essence you should have the measuring tape wrapped fully around one of your legs tautly (but not so tight it restricts blood flow) with the start and end
point of the measuring tape being the front center of your belt.
Take the leg strap measurement, and then subtract 14 inches, this should give you the length of leg strap you need for the harness to fit securely but still
be comfortable. See size charge above Leg Straps.

Which size Tomboi™ is for you?
Choose your harness size based on both your actual body measurements and body shape, not based on your typical pant or jean size, which varies significantly between brands, designs, and cuts. Please don't skip this step: the right size harness will give you the most comfort and support, and will always look better than a size that's just "almost right."EVALUATING BODY IN TERMS OF MOON PHASES:
What model JuJu cup do I need?
JuJu Menstrual Cup is available in four different menstrual cup models and each is a different size or shape.
Model 1 is the smallest size and Model 4 is the widest. While there are no hard and fast rules for selecting a model size; model selection is generally based on childbearing history. Many other factors such as anatomy, age and pelvic floor tone may also influence your cup size selection.
Which menstrual cup is right for you?
Childbearing history, age, and cervical position all inform the size cup that a woman should use.
Model 1: Recommend if you are under 30 and have not given birth.
Model 2: Recommend if you are over 30 or have given birth
Model 3: Recommend if you have a high cervix or long vaginal canal.
Model 4: Recommend if you have a low cervix or short vaginal canal.
This is only a guide. Many people who have had children will still be able to successfully use a Model 1, and vice versa. Please also consider the other factors below in conjunction with childbearing history and age.
Cervical Position:
Your cervical position may also influence your selection of the model number and/or your ability to successfully use a menstrual cup. Your cervix may move at different stages of your cycle, so it’s a good idea to check your cervical position at the beginning, in the middle, and at the end of your menstrual cycle to get a good understanding of your overall cervical position.
To determine your cervical height; thoroughly wash your hands, then insert your index finger into your vagina to locate your cervix. Your cervix is a bump, which feels a bit like the end of your nose, but is shaped like a doughnut. Thoroughly wash your hands after performing this examination.
If you consistently feel your cervix sitting just inside the vaginal opening or when you have only inserted the tip of your finger up to your ‘first knuckle’ (or the bend in your finger just below your fingernail), you most likely have a low cervix and a Model 4 JuJu cup is the best menstrual cup for low cervix.
The Model 4 JuJu cup is best menstrual cup for a low cervix as it has a shorter body and stem when compared with other JuJu Models. Please only choose this model if you are sure you have a low cervix or short vaginal canal throughout your cycle as the removal of this cup may be more difficult if you have a normal to high cervix. If your cervix tends to move around quite a bit during different stages your period, you may find a Model 4 is suitable for you at the start of your cycle, when your cervix is low, and a Model 2 is better towards the middle and end of your menstrual cycle when the cervix may sit a little higher.
If you are unable to reach your cervix or need to insert your finger past the middle bend in your finger before you can feel your cervix, you most likely have a high cervix and may like to consider the Model 3 JuJu cup. The Model 3 JuJu cup has a longer body, which makes it the best menstrual cup for a high cervix and long vaginal canal as removal is easier.
Medium cervix
If you have a medium height cervix, select either the Model 1 or Model 2 based on your childbearing history and age as detailed above.
High cervix
If you are unable to reach your cervix or need to insert your finger past the middle bend in your finger before you can feel your cervix, you most likely have a high cervix and may like to consider the Model 3 JuJu Cup. The Model 3 JuJu Cup has a longer body, which makes removal easier for people with a high cervix and longer vaginal canal.
Low cervix
If you consistently feel your cervix sitting just inside the vaginal opening or when you have only inserted the tip of your finger up to your ‘first knuckle’ (or the bend in your finger just below your fingernail), you most likely have a low cervix and a Model 4 JuJu Cup may be the most suitable for you. The Model 4 JuJu Cup is better suited to shorter vaginal canals as it has a shorter body and stem when compared with other JuJu Models. Please only choose this model if you are sure you have a low cervix throughout your cycle as the removal of this cup may be more difficult if you have a normal to high cervix. If your cervix tends to move around quite a bit during different stages your period, you may find a Model 4 is suitable for you at the start of your cycle, when your cervix is low, and a Model 2 is better towards the middle and end of your menstrual cycle when the cervix may sit a little higher.
Age:
A Model 1 JuJu is generally recommended for people under 30 years of age who have not given birth and a Model 2 generally recommended for people over the age of 30 regardless of childbearing history.
Some people experience a loss of pelvic floor tone due to hormonal changes and/or age. If this is the case, a Model 2 may be a preferred choice. A Model 4 should be considered if there is a loss of pelvic floor tone in conjunction with a low cervix.
Pelvic Floor Tone and Exercise:
If you have good pelvic floor tone, practice regular Kegel exercises or other activities, such as Pilates, yoga or dance, you may wish to consider a Model 1 regardless of your childbearing history and age. The Model 1 is also recommended if you have had corrective surgery, such as vaginoplasty or perineoplasty.
The Model 3 is recommended for a with strong pelvic floor tone and a high cervix.
If you have lost some pelvic floor tone and have a low cervix, you may wish to consider a Model 4. As a general rule, the Model 4 should only be chosen if you are confident with removing a menstrual cup and are sure you have a low cervix.
It’s important to remember that whilst menstrual cups work for most people, there is a small minority who may find a cup simply doesn’t work for them or they may find one brand of cup works better for their anatomy than another.
