Refund policy

Returns

All sales are final. Of course, if you are experiencing a fault or defect with your item, these products can be easily returned for repair, replacement or refund.

If you need to organise a return, please contact us for an efficient and straightforward resolution process. You have rights and we will honour those as part of our core business values: providing an honest and reliable service. 

Please note: We are unable to accept change of mind returns. This applies even if you have ordered the wrong size or colour, so please check the product details carefully before purchase.

This strict adherence to quality control allows both us and you to have peace of mind. It also means we can not bend the rules, not even for you. If you are uncertain whether or not a product will be suitable for your wants and needs, we encourage you to contact us for guidance prior to making your purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
